Welcome to LiblibHub. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
LiblibHub provides online language instruction in both one-on-one and small group formats. All lessons are conducted via third-party video platforms (Google Meet or Zoom). By enrolling in a session, you acknowledge that in a group format, your likeness or voice may be visible/audible to other participants.
2. Student Responsibilities
- Technical Setup: Students are responsible for a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video equipment. Technical failures on the student’s end do not qualify for a refund or a makeup session.
- Punctuality: Lessons will start at the scheduled time. If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the original scheduled time to respect the next student’s slot. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session is forfeited and charged in full.
- Code of Conduct: We maintain a professional learning environment. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and your account without a refund.
3. Lesson Packages & Expiration
- Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. LiblibHub does not store or see your full credit card details.
- Validity: All prepaid lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Scheduling: It is the student’s responsibility to schedule their sessions within this timeframe. Unused lessons after 6 months are considered forfeited and non-refundable.
- Cancellations: You must provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
4. Chat to Fluency Subscription Program
Subscription Service
Chat to Fluency is a subscription-based language coaching program that includes weekly learning materials, WhatsApp speaking activities, personalized feedback, and, depending on the selected plan, private coaching sessions.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the student.
WhatsApp Communication
Participation in Chat to Fluency requires access to WhatsApp and a valid WhatsApp-enabled phone number.
By enrolling, you consent to receiving lesson materials, speaking prompts, feedback, and coaching communications through WhatsApp.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their WhatsApp account remains active and accessible.
Speaking Activities & Feedback
Chat to Fluency is designed around regular participation. Students are encouraged to complete speaking activities during the week they are assigned.
Feedback is provided on submitted voice messages in accordance with the student’s subscription plan. Feedback may be delivered in text, audio, or video format at LiblibHub’s discretion.
Unused speaking prompts, feedback opportunities, or coaching interactions do not accumulate, roll over, or carry forward into future billing periods unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Live Coaching Sessions (Plus & Premium Plans)
Students enrolled in plans that include private coaching sessions must schedule those sessions through the designated booking system.
All coaching sessions are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies described elsewhere in these Terms of Service.
Monthly coaching sessions included in Plus plans must be used within the applicable billing period and do not roll over to future months.
Subscription Cancellation
Students may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
Students will continue to receive access to their subscription benefits until the end of the active billing period.
Refunds
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, personalized coaching, and individualized feedback, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
If a student believes they have been charged in error, they should contact LiblibHub promptly for review.
Educational Outcomes
Chat to Fluency is designed to support language development through consistent practice and personalized feedback. However, LiblibHub does not guarantee specific fluency levels, examination results, employment outcomes, or other measurable language-learning achievements, as progress depends on many factors, including student participation and effort.
5. Recording & Privacy
- No Student Recording: Students are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, or using AI-transcription bots during lessons without express written permission from LiblibHub.
- Company Recording: LiblibHub may record sessions for quality assurance or educational review. By remaining in a session after a “Recording” notification is active, you provide your consent to be recorded.
- Data Purge: To protect your privacy, accounts with no login or booking activity for 24 consecutive months will be permanently deleted from our systems.
6. Liability & Governing Law
LiblibHub provides educational instruction. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific exam results or fluency levels, as language learning depends significantly on student practice and commitment. LiblibHub is not liable for technical failures of third-party platforms (Google, Zoom, or Stripe).
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction where LiblibHub is registered.
