Refund & Cancellation Policy

Section 1: Lessons

At LiblibHub, we aim to be as flexible as possible while protecting our teachers’ time. By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms:

1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Rule

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule any lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost using the link in your confirmation email.
  • Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full (or one lesson will be deducted from your package).

2. No-Show Policy

We understand that delays happen. However, our teachers will only remain in the digital classroom for the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session.

  • If the student does not join within the first 15 minutes, the lesson is marked as a “No-Show.”
  • Result: No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or a make-up session.

3. Refunds for Lesson Packages and Single Lesson Purchases

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund for the unused portion of any lesson package within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Calculation: If a refund is requested after one or more lessons have been used, the used lessons will be billed at the standard single-lesson rate rather than the discounted package rate. The remaining balance will then be refunded.
  • Administrative Fee: All package refunds are subject to a $15 administrative fee to cover payment processing and setup costs.
  • Completed Lessons: Lessons that have already been attended or marked as No-Shows are not eligible for a refund.
  • Single Lesson Purchases: You may request a refund for any unused single lesson within 30 days of the original purchase. A $5 administrative fee applies. Lessons that have already been attended or marked as No-Shows are not eligible for a refund.

4. Trial Lessons

  • Due to the discounted nature of our Discovery Session Lessons, these sessions are strictly non-refundable. If you cannot make your trial, you must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Technical Issues

  • Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and working equipment. LiblibHub is not responsible for lesson time lost due to student-side technical difficulties.

Section 2: Subscriptions and “Chat to Fluency”

Subscription Billing

Chat to Fluency is a recurring subscription service. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Chat to Fluency through the end of your current billing period.

No further payments will be charged after cancellation.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused time remaining in an active subscription period.

Refund Policy

Because Chat to Fluency includes immediate access to lesson materials, worksheets, and personalized coaching services, refunds are generally not available once a billing period has begun.

The refund policy for unused lessons in Lesson Packages and Single Lesson Purchases does not apply to unused lessons that were part of a subscription to Chat to Fluency. These lessons are non-refundable.

However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your situation.

Trial Offers

From time to time, LiblibHub may offer a 7-day trial period for Chat to Fluency subscriptions. Trial availability, eligibility, and terms may vary and are offered at LiblibHub’s sole discretion.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment, students who do not cancel before the end of the trial period will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee and enrolled in a recurring subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

Students may cancel their subscription at any time.

If a subscription is canceled during an active trial period, no subscription fee will be charged.

If a subscription is canceled after a billing period has begun, cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

Students will continue to receive access to their subscription benefits until the end of the active billing period.

Refunds

For students enrolled through a promotional trial period, no refund is necessary if cancellation occurs before the trial ends, as no subscription fee will have been charged.

Once a paid billing period has begun, subscription fees are generally non-refundable due to the immediate delivery of digital content, personalized coaching, and individualized feedback.

If a student believes they have been charged in error, they should contact LiblibHub promptly for review.

Live Lessons (Plus and Premium Plans)

If your subscription includes private coaching lessons, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a lesson.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited, except in cases of emergency or circumstances beyond your control.

Missed Activities

Students are responsible for completing speaking activities and responding to prompts during their active subscription period.

Access to video lessons is not guaranteed beyond the week of the lesson. Student responses to the 4 prompts per week must be submitted by Saturday of the current week in order to receive responses and feedback. Coach feedback may be limited to once per day, and for up to four times maximum, dependent on coach’s discretion. Students who do not reply to any prompts until the last day of the week are not entitled to more than one coach response.

Unused prompts, feedback opportunities, lessons, or coaching services do not roll over into future billing periods unless otherwise agreed.

Technology

In order to participate in Chat to Fluency, students should be able to use WhatsApp to send and receive voice messages, text messages, and links. Other modes of access may be able to be accommodated, but this is not guaranteed. Please confirm this before subscribing.

Students must include their WhatsApp number at checkout in order for a coach to contact them. If there is believed to be an error, or the student has not been contacted by a coach within 5 days of subscribing, the student should use the contact information on the website to submit updated contact information.
